綠茶

Pre-Qingming Lóngjǐng, downy Bìluóchūn from Dongting, and the twisted, silver-tipped Huángshān Máofēng — three provinces sharing one narrow spring window.

Fujian

白茶

Fuding's bud-only Silver Needle and aged Shòu Méi bricks — withered and dried, with nothing else done to the leaf.

黃茶

The rarest category still made — Jūnshān Yínzhēn and Méngdǐng Huángyá, both sealed and slow-yellowed by hand.

My grandfather told me, 'the mountain speaks through the leaves — you just have to learn the language.' I've spent my life building a fragrance vocabulary for dancong. When I cup a Mí Lán Xiāng, I'm not just tasting sweetness; I'm hearing the voice of that singular tree, shaped by stone and cloud.
